Thank you so much for your purchase! We are sorry that it did not work out. 

We have a 14-day exchange/refund policy for store credit ONLY

This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund for store credit 


To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You may also be ask to send us a picture to ensure it was not damaged or used.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as accessories, sale items or custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

- You will be responsible for purchasing your own return label 

- Once we receive the returned package we will send you information with your store credit information

Exchanges
